Prepare Causa
Mix mashed potatoes with olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Press into a mold to form layers.
Make Tuna Tartare
Combine diced tuna, soy sauce, sesame oil, and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper.
Assemble the Dish
Layer the tuna tartare on top of the causa in the mold. Press gently and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Garnish and Serve
