Whisk matcha powder with a little hot water to form a paste. Combine with mascarpone and egg yolks.
Whip Egg Whites
In another bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form, then gradually add sugar until stiff peaks form.
Combine Mixtures
Fold egg whites gently into the mascarpone mixture.
Assemble Tiramisu
Dip ladyfingers in the cooled green tea and layer in a dish. Cover with a layer of the mascarpone mixture. Repeat layers and finish with a mascarpone layer. Chill for 2 hours.
Garnish and Serve
Dust with matcha powder and garnish with shaved dark chocolate before serving.
