    Press tofu to remove excess water. Cut into cubes.

  2. Marinate Tofu

    Combine rendang paste, turmeric, ginger, soy sauce, and lime juice in a bowl. Add tofu and marinate for 30 minutes.

    Heat oil in a pan, add marinated tofu, and sauté until golden. Add coconut milk and brown sugar. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
