A refreshing sorbet made from the traditional Peruvian purple corn drink, chicha morada.

Prepare Chicha Morada
Combine chicha morada, sugar, lime juice, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Stir until sugar dissolves.
Chill the Mixture
Cover and refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours, until thoroughly chilled.
Freeze
Churn the mixture in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions. Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze until firm.
Serve
Scoop and serve the sorbet. Optional: Garnish with fresh mint or lime zest.
